In the kitchen

Orders go where they need to go.

A grill ticket is not a bar ticket. Each station should only see what it actually prepares.

One pile of paper helps nobody.

If every item prints in one place, the bar reads food and the kitchen reads drinks. During service, that is how tickets get missed.

Split the work, keep the order.

Route by station. Coffee can print at the bar. Food can print in the kitchen. The order remains one order in Orderlane.

What you can do

Station routing

Send each item to the printer that should cook it.

Clear tickets

Only what this station needs — no extra garnish on the chit.

One connected order

Bar and kitchen can fire the same ticket without losing it.

Works with POS, QR and kiosk

Wherever the order started, the routing stays the same.

One order, two stations

  1. 01

    Order arrives

From the till, a table, a kiosk or online.

  2. 02

    Orderlane splits it

Drinks to BAR. Food to KITCHEN.

  3. 03

    Both finish the same ticket

The guest gets a complete order. Reporting still sees one sale.
